  • Cost: $100 for the first half hour, and $70 for each subsequent hour (pro-rated).
  • Important Note: Oakland Design Associates is a mid-to-large size design and installation division with a project minimum of $2,500, which may increase depending on the project's scope.
  • Design Fees: Landscape plans involve a separate design fee, starting at $350 and increasing based on the plan's complexity.
